Restorative yoga facilitates deep relaxation through holding poses for extended periods of time using props to completely support you. This class is slow-paced to encourage deep rest and will use blocks, bolsters, blankets and straps to allow you to drop into comfortable, supported postures.

This heated vinyasa class ranges from 85-90 degrees Fahrenheit. Vinyasa consists of coordinating movement with breath and flowing from one pose to the next to focus the mind. Modifications will be offered to make this class suitable for students of all levels.
